I have seen some examples of Arborsculpture before, but I didn't realize just how impressive it could be.

Hi,
These photos belong to different artists using different shaping techniques.

The first 4 photo were shaped by Axel N Erlandson, in the 1940s-50s. His name for these magnificent trees, is CIRCUS TREES. They now available for viewing at Bonfante Gardens the address to their web site. www.bonfantegardens.com/circus.html

The 2nd last photo was shaped by Aharon Naveh. His name for his trees is TREE SCULPTURE. This one is most often called the pretzel tree, and seems to be the most popular of his trees. He also has some other nice specimens on his web site at www.geocities.com/aharonaveh22/index.htm

The last photo was shaped by Richard Reams. His name for his trees is ARBORSCUPLTURE This tree was shaped using the Arborscuplture methods as described in his books. His web site is www.arborsmith.com
